  • We will market your vehicle across selected platforms and to our client network.

  • While we endeavour to achieve the best sale price, we cannot guarantee the timeframe or outcome of the sale.

  • Fees and commissions will be detailed in your SOR agreement.

6. Payments & Deposits

  • Deposits may be required to secure a vehicle. These are typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Full payment must be made prior to vehicle release, using accepted payment methods specified by Pegasus Auto House.

7. Storage & Transport Services

  • Vehicle storage and transport services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in separate service agreements.

  • We maintain high security standards, but clients are advised to maintain valid insurance for their vehicles at all times.

8. Liability
